Honestly the best Gym in Gosport, and around Hampshire. All the staff are extremely friendly, and everyone gets on with each other! The atmosphere here is unmatched. Plus, the gym equipment is some of the best I've ever used and is well looked after.
Love this gym. So many different pieces of equipment. Not had a day where I can't train what I want to, brilliant. Also, a great selection of classes throughout the week, something to do everyday, which I love. Clean equipment and facilities, friendly staff available to assist you should you need. Great value for money in my opinion.
Fabulous gym, nice and clean, buzzing atmosphere! Amazing equipment and something for everyone, would highly recommend anyone new to gym life pop in and see the team, they're super friendly and helpful. Wouldn't train anywhere else.

Yes, our Gosport Gym is 24 hour. We use the latest facial recognition software to allow you to walk in and enter without hassle!
You can book classes through our app: FitSense. However, you can contact us in person or on our social media accounts.
We have a 12 month contract, a rolling monthly direct debit or annual payments. Either can be paid with cash or card.
