There’s nothing you can fault about this gym. Staff/PTs are incredible and dedicated. The kit is incomparable to anything else around, and the team do an incredible job of keeping it in good working order and clean. Great atmosphere all round. Would never go anywhere else now!

Classes are included in all memberships. You can book all classes through our app: Fitsense. An account can be set up online when signing up or created at reception with a member of staff. Contact us in person or on our social media accounts to activate this for you.
Once you have purchased your membership, please give us a call or email to notify when you will be coming down to set up your facial recognition. During manned hours [Mon - Fri 07:00-19:00 Sat - Sun 08:00 - 13:00] this is applicable, a member of staff will be happy to set you up on our access system. We don’t operate via key fob, QR code or pin codes.
We have access to the Range overflow park. From here you turn right and can walk on down to us. The main Range car park is also available to members if full.
07:00 - 15:00 is generally our quieter times. Outside of these you will see an increase of footfall like most gyms. We are 24hours though, so can utilise any time of the day that’s convenient for you to train.
Yes, we have a bike shed for member use at the rear or the building, available under CCTV for locking up while you train.

Yes we do. Available to members and non-members for purchase. Speak to a dedicated member of staff for advice where required before purchasing. Only available during manned hours.
We take members from the age of 14. Anyone below the age of 18 must sign up with a guardian/adult over the age of 18. They are prohibited to sign up online and this will need to be action in person with a member of staff.
Yes! We offer day passes to non members. Head to our membership section and fill in the form and come on down. We will take your payment on arrival.
